These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by Flagship Detailing Co., operated by The Detailed Advantage LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), including our website at flagshipdetailingco.com, our SMS messaging program, and our automotive and marine detailing services. By using our website, booking a service, or texting our business number, you agree to these terms.
Flagship Detailing provides mobile automotive and marine detailing services in the Jacksonville, St. Johns, and surrounding Northeast Florida areas. Services may include exterior detailing, interior detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, marine detailing, gel coat correction, EV detailing, maintenance details, and related services.
Service results depend on vehicle or vessel condition, age, prior maintenance, previous repairs, surface damage, and other factors. We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or reschedule service when needed.
Appointments may be requested online, by phone, by email, or by text message. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, service location, vehicle or vessel details, and access to the vehicle or vessel at the scheduled time.
We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations, missed appointments, or inaccessible vehicles may result in cancellation fees or forfeiture of deposits when applicable.

Customers are responsible for removing personal items, valuables, loose belongings, and sensitive items before service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, prior repairs, hidden defects, manufacturer defects, failing clear coat, compromised gel coat, brittle trim, weak upholstery, electrical issues, water intrusion, or other pre-existing conditions.
Detailing, polishing, correction, and coating work involve tools, water, chemicals, and surface contact. We take reasonable care, but no service can guarantee removal of all stains, scratches, oxidation, odors, defects, or contamination.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the website, submit harmful content, or misuse forms or contact methods.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
Website content, photos, graphics, logos, text, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Flagship Detailing and may not be copied or reused without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flagship Detailing and The Detailed Advantage LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts serving St. Johns County, Florida.
